Obama administration announced its plan of a decade-long scientific study which will include federal agencies, private foundations and teams of neuroscientists and nano scientists in a concerted effort to advance knowledge of the brain's billions of neurons to gain insight into perception, action and ultimately, consciousness. Our concerted effort is to establish findings and advance knowledge of the trillions of Glial Cells or the Genius Brain termed by neuroscientist to gain insight into greater intelligence to help shape and build human civilization of the highest intrinsic value.
